These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the Gracie Humaita Jiu-Jitsu Gilbert website and the offers presented on it. By using this site or claiming an offer, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The 14 Days for $14 New-Student Offer

Our 14 Days for $14 special is for new students only and is intended for local residents trying our academy for the first time. It’s limited to one per person and is subject to availability. We may end or change the offer at any time. The full terms, price, and what’s included are presented at checkout, which is processed securely through GoHighLevel, those checkout terms govern your purchase.

Memberships, Pricing & Billing

Memberships beyond the trial are set up separately through a membership agreement. The terms of any ongoing membership, pricing, billing, and cancellation, are governed by that agreement, not by this website.

Class Schedule & Communications

When you opt in to receive our class schedule or submit any form, you agree we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request, your training, and our offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a physical contact sport that carries inherent risk of injury. Before training, every participant must read and sign our liability waiver, a separate document completed at the academy. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any participant under 18. Always follow your instructors’ guidance and academy rules while on the mat. Nothing on this website replaces that signed waiver.

Code of Conduct

Our academy is built on Honor, Family, and Legacy. We expect every member, guest, and parent to treat instructors, training partners, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a membership for behavior that endangers or disrespects our community.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Gracie Humaita Jiu-Jitsu Gilbert or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. The Gracie Humaita name and associated marks belong to their respective owners and are used in connection with our affiliation.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to run parts of our business, including GoHighLevel for forms, scheduling, messaging, and payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer
