Information you give us. When you fill out a form, to claim the 14 Days for $14 trial, request our class schedule, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and details about which programs you’re interested in. Our forms are powered by GoHighLevel, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf.
Information about your child. If you enroll a child in our youth program, you may give us the child’s first name, age, and details relevant to their training. A parent or guardian provides this information on the child’s behalf.
Payment information. When you purchase the trial or a membership, payment is handled by our payment processor through GoHighLevel. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic technical data, your device type, browser, approximate location, and how you use the site, through cookies and analytics tools.

Text Messages & Phone Calls
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your trial, classes, schedule, and offers. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of calls by telling us directly. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential messages about a class or purchase you’ve already made.
If you receive marketing emails from us, every one includes an unsubscribe link. Click it anytime and we’ll stop, no questions asked.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the academy:
- Service providers who operate on our behalf, including GoHighLevel (forms, CRM, email, and text messaging) and our payment processor.
- Legal requirements, if required by law, a court order, or to protect the safety of our members and staff.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers like GoHighLevel to do the same. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
